The goal of the program is to bring together hard-working, talented athletes and provide an optimal atmosphere for player growth. Not only does ZT Baseball provide some of the best coaching and facilities around, but we are also committed to long-term growth and opportunities for all players. This includes a platform for exposure to college recruiters and professional scouts.

Patrick Evans, founder of Desert Prospects (2008-2024), has solidified himself as a prominent figure in travel baseball in Southern California. His role as owner of The Hitting Zone, LLC, in Palm Desert, has enabled him to assist in developing many athletes in the desert. He has been fortunate to work with some of the best athletes to come out of the desert: Taylor Ward, Brian Serven, Brooks Kriske, Tyson Miller, and Jeremiah Estrada, to name a few.

 

In 2024, Patrick Evans partnered with Gil Sauceda and ZT Baseball in the Coachella Valley.  With this collaboration, Patrick brought ZT baseball to Middle Tennessee. He will be assisting National teams through college showcases around the country and starting a youth program in Tennessee.  

 

ZT baseball has teamed up with Brentwood Ball Club. Brentwood has some of the nicest facilities and is a wonderful community to call home. We are excited to see what the future holds.
